Conveniently located near a Gothic fountain with fantastic meals served in a well-presented manner.

Cheap reasonably large room, a work desk, a multi-channel television and a sitting area were appreciated. Location: the hotel was short walk to the Harx Steam railway and the railway stations.

The highlight was the good food. The location was ideal and handy, walk from a railway station.

The room was spacious, had a theme, and a nice view, and the staff were friendly.

The accommodation here was charming and spotlessly clean, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, while the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times.

The rooms are themed and good-sized, with feather pillows. the breakfast offers nice views and is varied and excellent for what is offered. - Very pleasant staff and a great location make it a great choice!

The themed room here comes with a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card for extra security. 🛡️ Plus, the breakfasts with lovely views are absolutely delicious and satisfying.

the location was perfect, right next to the old steam train station. I enjoyed watching the trains while having breakfast and even took a train ride up the Brochen. the staff may have limited English, but they were friendly and accommodating. the restaurant had a varied menu and I especially liked the novelty of having drinks delivered by a model train.

We only stayed for 4 nights, but everything was great, including the perfect location next to the Culture & Congress Centre.

We had a fantastic view of the steam railway right from our window at the hotel. The room was spacious with a nice en-suite bathroom. The breakfast served was delicious, and we loved the idea of the beverage railway. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near railway and bus stations, which made it easy to explore the area. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs, such as providing warm milk for the baby at night. The themed hotel for trains was a cool and unique experience.

The wifi was a bit slow, but it didn't hinder our overall stay. The pillows were a little too large for our liking, but it was a minor issue.

The hotel is ideally located in a domestic area near the main square in Wernigerode, close to the railway and engine sheds, railway station, and Old Town. the breakfast was rich and delicious, offering nice views. the staff was accommodating and kept the space quite clean.

The restaurant here is nice with excellent food, and I enjoyed trying some excellent dishes; also, the venue's location is excellent, just a short way from the Culture & Congress Centre.
